Family of Bicyclist Files Wrongful Death Suit

The family of a bicyclist killed when a heavy duty truck turned right in front of the bicyclist has filed a wrongful death suit. The family claims that the truck turned right without signaling and negligently failed to assure that there were no oncoming cyclists or pedestrians. The trucking company claims that the bicyclist was unlawfully attempting to pass the truck while riding in the parking lane.
