Family of Teen Killed By Tractor Trailer Receives $5.25 Million Verdict

The family of a teenager killed by a tractor-trailer has received a jury verdict of $5.25 million.  The youth, Sydney Aichs, was killed when the tractor-trailer ran a red light and crashed into her Chevy Cavalier.  The lawsuit claimed that the truckdriver's employer, a trucking company, did not properly train him and allowed him to drive a truck with defective parts.
