Farmers Group Settles Overcharging Suit for $455 Million
A class action lawsuit that Farmers Group Insurance Company overcharged policyholders for premiums has been settled for $455 million. Payments to individual policyholders going back to 1999 are part of the settlement.Source: Washington Post
