Fifth Third Bank Sued Over Overdraft Fees

A consumer protection class action lawsuit claims that overdraft fees imposed by Fifth Third Bank are unlawful and violate contracts between customers and the bank.  The suit claims that Fifth Third Bank manipulated customers' balances to create an overdraft situation and failed to fully and properly disclose its overdraft policies.
