Health Insurer Sued for Deceptive Sales Practices

Deceptive sales practices are the basis for a suit against a health insurance company, HealthMark.  A suit filed by the Los Angeles city attorney claims that the Texas-based insurer sold health insurance that is worthless because it is riddled with so many loopholes and exceptions.
