Homeowners Sue Over Sewage Damage

Homeowners in Wayne County, Michigan again facing damage to their homes caused by raw sewage backups following heavy rains have filed suit to recover their damages.  The failure of the homeowners' local and city governments to maintain adequate sewer systems has led to chronic flooding and sewer backup problems that the suit hopes to end.
