Law Firm's Technical Support Employees Sue for Unpaid Overtime

.A technical support employee at the Schulte Roth & Zabel law firm has filed a class action lawsuit seeking unpaid overtime. The employee, Keith McKenzie, claims that the law firm violated the federal Fair Labor Standards Act by failing to pay him and other technical support employees at an overtime rate when they worked more than 40 hours in a workweek and instead substituted comp time off.  The case is pending in United States District Court in Manhattan.
