Misclassified Tech Workers Settle Overtime Suit for $1.45 Million

Tech workers misclassified as exempt from overtime have settled their overtime lawsuit against Premera Blue Cross for $1.45 million.  The class action lawsuit was filed in federal district court in Seattle.
