Motorcyclist Injured by Pothole in Road Settles Suit

A motorcyclist who crashed because of a large pothole -- arms width and ankle deep -- has settled his accident and injury lawsuit arising from the defective road.  The motorcyclist, Derek Jackson, suffered multiple injuries including head trauma. The county was notified twice of the pothole in the 39 days before the accident.
