Overtime & Back Pay Suit Against Cable TV Company Settled for $18 Million

Current and former field technicians for Charter Communications, a cable TV company, have settled a class action lawsuit for overtime compensation and back pay for $18 million.  The suit, which was filed in federal district court in Wisconsin, covers current and former employees in certain field technician positions in California, Missouri, Michigan, Minnesota, Illinois, Nevada, Washington, Oregon and Nebraska.
