Misclassified Employees Get Overtime Settlement $17.25 Million - Kentucky Overtime Lawyer

Utility company employees claiming that they were misclassified as exempt from overtime have settled their overtime lawsuit for $17.25 million.   The employees worked in the following positions: senior new business representative, industrial power engineer, electric distribution engineer, and gas distribution engineer.  The employees claimed that they were misclassified as salaried employees and wrongly denied overtime compensation.
