Overtime Suit For Time Worked Off-the-Clock Reinstated

Retail specialists for Black & Decker, which were responsible for the stocking and display of Black & Decker products at Home Depot stores, had their suit under the federal Fair Labor Standards Act for overtime compensation reinstated by the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, Kuebel v. Black & Decker, No 10-2273-CV (May 4, 2011). The suit claims that the employees are due overtime compensation for hours that they worked and were made to work "off the clock."
