Paramedics & EMTs Sue City for Overtime Pay

Paramedics and EMTs in Kansas City have filed a class action lawsuit claiming the city has failed to pay the 140 paramedics and the 1000+ EMTs the wages and overtime owed them. The suit was filed in U.S. District Court in Kansas City and claims that the city violated the federal Fair Labor Standards Act.
