Pipeline Explosion Produces Another Wrongful Death Lawsuit

A horrifying pipeline explosion that killed eight people and destroyed 38 homes has generated another wrongful death lawsuit.  The family of James Franco filed its wrongful death lawsuit against Pacific Gas & Electric claiming that the explosion was caused by poor pipeline construction and maintenance.
