Restaurant Workers File Class Action Suit for Overtime

A group of restaurant workers including cashiers, cooks and dishwashers have filed a class action lawsuit seeking overtime compensation.  The class is thought to include somewhere between 50 and 100 employees of the restaurant chain, Pio Pio.
