Safety Complaints Led to Firing, Whistleblower Claims

Complaints about safety violations that endangered the public led to his firing a whistleblower claims in a recently-filed lawsuit.  Kelly O'Connor, the whistleblower, claims that his complaints about unsafe practices of a barge company, Serodino, Inc., led to his firing.  There is a claim that the company's failure to heed O'Connor's safety warnings led to a collision that killed two men.
