Suit Filed Following Fatal Tour Bus Crash

The family of a young man killed in a tour bus crash in Utah last summer have filed a wrongful death lawsuit. Three people were killed and 11 injured in the crash.  The suit claims that the tour company allowed an inexperienced and fatigued driver to operate the bus; the suit also named the travel company that booked the trip for failing to assure that the bus company had sufficient commercial liability insurance.
