Suit for Injuries Caused by Tent Collapse Settled

A lawsuit arising from injuries caused three children injured by a negligently installed tent at an airshow has been settled.  The children were attending an air show at the Huntsville, Alabama Airport that was struck by incoming storms; winds generated by the storms caused the tents to come loose and injure the children.  Terms of the settlement were kept confidential.
