Trucker & Trucking Company Sued In Bicyclist's Death

The family of a bicyclist hit by a big rig truck has filed suit against the trucker and the trucking company. The family of Lauren Ward of Los Altos, California claims that the tractor trailer veered suddenly without warning into the bicycle's path and right-of-way.
