Trucking Crash Yields $15 Million Verdict

A trucking crash on the Indiana Toll Road that killed four people resulted in a $15 million verdict awarded by a federal judge to one of the victim's families.  The U.S. District Judge, Theresa Springmann, found that the trucking company, Net Trucking of Burbank, Illinois, was negligent because it allowed its driver to drive more than is legally allowed and altered driving log books.
