Unpaid Overtime Sought for Pipeline Workers

Over $1 million in unpaid overtime is being sought in a lawsuit brought on behalf of pipeline workers for Kinder Morgan Energy Company. The lawsuit seeks recovery of the overtime earned by operators, technicians, maintenance workers, laborers and other administrative workers not exempt from the overtime requirements of the federal Fair Labor Standards Act.
