Claiming that they were not paid overtime due them and that they were forced to work off the clock after the stores had closed current and former employees of Dick's Sporting Goods have filed suit seeking unpaid overtime and wages.  The suit claims that the employees are owed overtime because store managers would give them "retro" pay at the regular hourly rate to cover overtime hours worked the previous week; the employees also claim that they were forced to work off the clock after the store had closed.  The lawsuit was filed in state court in Chicago.
