Unpaid Overtime & Wages Suit Against Bank of America

It is a violation of federal and Kentucky state overtime and wage and hour law if non-exempt employees are not paid overtime, are forced to work off the clock, are forced to work during required rest and meal breaks and are not paid for their vested vacation pay.

A class action lawsuit against Bank of America has been filed in federal court in Kansas City that seeks recovery of unpaid overtime, wages and overtime for time that employees were compelled to work off the clock, work through their required meal and/or rest breaks and unpaid wages in the form of vested vacation pay.  To read a copy of the class action complaint click here.
