Unpaid Wages for Weekend Pay for VA Employees Now A Class Action

An unpaid wages suit by current and former VA employees has been certified as a class action by the U.S. Claims Court.  The  lawsuit claims that the employees were not paid weekend pay, which is supposed to 25% greater than their regular hourly rate.
