Wage Lawsuit Settled Against Cintas

A $6.5 million settlement of a wage lawsuit against Cintas Corp. has been reached.  The lawsuit sought unpaid wages and arose from alleged violations of Los Angeles's "living wage" ordinance.  A "living wage" ordinance sets standards for wages and benefits for companies engaged in municipal contracting.

Looking to see what the status of the pyment is for Cintas partners that made a claim against Cintas in the wage ordinance suit. What is the pay out breakdown. What are the amounts given out?
