Whistleblower Sues Sheriff for Wrongful Termination
A fired IT tech has filed a whistleblower suit for wrongful termination against the Sheriff in Houston, Texas. Wilfrido Mata, a 10 year employee of the sheriff's office and its technology director, claims that he was fired for reporting to the FBI a plan to hack into the county's computer system.Source: Houston Chronicle
