Whistleblower Who Reported Mayor's Alleged Wrongdoing to FBI Files Suit

A former city manager of Forest Hills, Texas has filed suit claiming that he was fired in retaliation for reporting suspected wrongdoing by the city's mayor to the FBI. David Miller claims in his lawsuit that his firing violated the Texas state Whistleblower Act which prohibits retaliation against public employees that report wrongdoing "in good faith to law enforcement agencies."
