Whistleblowers and Food Industry Gain Protection
Whistleblowers in the food industry gained protection in the recently passed Food Safety Modernization Act, which is intended to improve the safeguards on our nation's food. The law protects whistleblowers who tell their company or the FDA about activities that they reasonably believe violate the law.
