Workers Sue over Plant Explosion

Workers at a North Carolina plant have filed suit against a number of design, manufacturing and installation firms they claim responsible for an explosion at the plant last year. Four workers at the Garner, North Carolina ConAgra plant were killed last summer in a gas line explosion. The injured workers also filed suit against the city building inspector, alleging a failure to properly inspect the installation of the gas line a commercial water heater.
