Does it violate any Kentucky laws if I'm forced to work off the clock?

Yes.  Both the federal Fair Labor Standards Act and Kentucky law require that an employee be paid for all the time that he or she works for the employer; you can't lawfully be made to work off the clock.  These laws are violated where an employee is forced to work off the clock and is not paid.

If you have been forced to work off the clock, there is recourse: you can file suit to recover your unpaid wages and/or overtime. Both the federal Fair Labor Standards Act and Kentucky law provide for this.
