Class Action Defective Product Suit Filed Against Toyota

A class action defective product lawsuit has been filed by residents of Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, and Florida alleging injuries and damages from the sudden acceleration defect recently announced in several Toyota models reports the Lexington Herald-Leader, "Scott County Plant Named In Federal Lawsuit Against Toyota."  The consumer families are represented by attorney Stan Chesley's firm out of Cincinnati.
