A Coal Mine Safety Whistleblower Protection Act is needed given the recent reports of intentional coal mine safety violations by Massey Coal Company that led to the death of 29 coal miners at the Upper Big Branch mine says the Lexington Herald-Leader, "Pass Law To Protect Mining Whistleblowers."
