Criminal Charge Filed Against Rand Paul Supporter

A criminal charge of assault, fourth degree has been filed against a Rand Paul supporter, Tim Profitt of Bourbon County, who was videotaped stepping on the head of a woman that had been wrestled to the ground outside KET's studio prior to the Rand Paul-Jack Conway debate on Monday.
