Frivolous Lawsuit Filed Over Alleged Video Game Addiction

A Hawaii man has filed a lawsuit for damages claiming video game addiction. The lawsuit claims that the man's video addiction left him unable to wake, dress or bathe during the day, according to a report from UPI, "Man Sues Video-Game Over Addiction." 

This is a prime example of a frivolous lawsuit that disregards any notion of personal responsibility or accountability.
