An appellate court ruling in New York has given a boost to persons claiming damage or injury due to mold exposure.  The court ruling recognized that recent scientific advances had established a causal relationship between mold exposure and a variety of illnesses.  Exposure to mold is linked to a number of illnesses including asthma, coughing, wheezing and other respiratory illnesses.
