Massey Energy Settles Fourth Coal Mining Death Suit from Upper Branch Disaster

Massey Energy has settled the fourth suit from the coal mining deaths at its Upper Branch mine in Montcoal, West Virginia in which 29 miners were killed.  The family of miner Benny Willingham settled the suit.  Massey has reportedly offered $3 million to the families of each of the miners killed.
