Massey's Upper Big Branch Mine Cited Again for Unsafe Conditions

The Upper Big Branch coal mine operated by Massey Energy Company saw 29 miners killed in April 2010. It has recently received additional citations for safety violations from the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA).  There were 23 violations cited, three of which were considered "significant and substantial."
