Number of Injury Lawsuits Continues Sharp Decline

Tort lawsuits based on injuries caused by negligence or intentional wrongdoing continued to decline according to a recent report from the National Center for State Courts covering the year 2008, Examining the Work of State Courts: An Analysis of 2008 State Court Caseloads.
