The banning of gender rating and other forms of sex discrimination are among the reforms imposed on insurance companies by the new health care reform bill signed by President Obama reports the New York Times, "Health Law Cuts the Costs of Being A Woman."
As House Speaker Nancy Pelosi observed, "Being a woman is no longer a pre-existing condition."
