Every now and then you've got to give out a Stupid Lawsuit of the Day award. This one goes to a suit filed by a Texas man. It seems Brandon Vezmar of Texas went on a first date with a woman to see the movie "Guardians of the Galaxy vol. 2." Maybe the movie wasn't her cup of tea, maybe the date wasn't going well or, well, there are a lot of other possibilities. In any event, during the movie, the date began texting on her phone, Vezmar asked her to stop or leave the movie, So she did in her car leaving Vezmar stranded.
