Store Managers at Radio Shack Sue for Unpaid Overtime

Store managers at Radio Shack have filed a class action lawsuit seeking unpaid overtime. They claim that they were misclassified as exempt from overtime pay requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act.  The suit is Roy Hancock v. Radio Shack Corporation and is filed in U.S. District Court in Tampa, Florida.
