Overtime Class Action Suit Settled -- Kentucky Overtime Lawyer

A class action lawsuit for overtime pay against Zumiez, a apparel manufacturer, has been settled for $1.3 million. The suit clailmed that the employer failed to pay employees their overtime when due and denied them breaks.
