Wage & Hour & Overtime Violations In Health Care Industry Investigated

Widespread violations of wage and hour and overtime pay laws have led to the opening of an investigation by the Obama Administration of the healthcare industry. Findings that nurses in hospitals and nursing homes are not paid overtime in compliance with the law provoked the investigation according to a report in the New York Times, "Pay Practices In Health Care Are Investigated."
