A $188 million verdict for unpaid overtime against Wal-Mart has been upheld by Pennsylvania appeals court. The suit claims that Walmart violated wage and hour laws in Pennsylvania by refusing to allow them to take their mandatory, paid rest breaks and by forcing them to work off the clock.
