Watered-down chemotherapy medications were given over 1,200 cancer patients in Canada and are giving rise to a class action lawsuit. Cancer patients in Ontario province were given doses of cyclophosphamide, which is used to treat cancers including breast and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, that had been mixed with too much saline solution.
