Restaurant workers for Capital Grille restaurants have filed a class action lawsuit seeking unpaid overtime and wages.  A class action lawsuit filed in Illinois includes workers from Capital Grille restaurants in Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, Washington and New York. The suit cites all too typical claims of wage theft and being forced to work off the clock alleging being forced to work off the clock, denial of required breaks, failure to pay overtime, failure to pay earned wages and failure to provide employees with an accurate accounting of their time worked.

The restaurant workers are being led by ROC United, an advocacy group for restaurant workers.
