A carwash worker in Los Angeles was awarded $80,000 for unpaid wages by a state court judge.  The carwash worker, Tomas Rodriguez, presented evidence that he was compelled to report to work and work for hours before he was permitted to clock in. The car wash tried to intimidate Rodriguez with reporting him to immigration officials, a tactic that caused eight others to drop out of the lawsuit.
