Corrections officers in Wisconsin have filed a class action lawsuit seeking unpaid overtime. The officers' claims are based on time they spend working off the clock before the official start of their shift. The corrections officers are not paid until they arrive at their duty posts; however, prior to that they perform work duties including security screenings, fitness for duty checks and equipment checks.
