Six employees at a popular Kansas City restaurant, JJ's, have filed suit based on their injuries sustained in a natural gas line explosion last month that leveled the restaurant.  Apparently, a cable company contractor, Heartland Midwest, was drilling to run cable and fiber optic lines when it punctured a natural gas pipeline; Missouri Gas Energy was supposed to have located the lines in advance of the drilling. In any event, the line was punctured, a massive explosion ensued leveling the restaurant and injuring a number of employees.
