A former project manager at a charter school claims in a whistleblower suit that she was fired for questioning the school's billing for special ed students. Alexis Riley claims that the South Bronx Classical Charter fired her shortly after she informed a supervisor that the school had fraudulently billed the Department of Education for special ed students that were no longer enrolled.
